Delete your account and data
Aires (including Aires Monitor, Aires Monitor Lite, Aires Notify, Aires Meet, and Aires Web)
This page explains how to request deletion of your Aires account and the personal data associated with it. You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, or ask us to delete it on your behalf.
Option 1 — delete from within the app
Open the app, go to Profile, and choose "Delete account". This permanently deletes your account and signs you out on all devices.
Option 2 — request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us at support@aires.club from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and action verified requests.
What is deleted
- Your account profile — name, email address, and phone number.
- Your monitors and the probe / uptime history generated for them.
- Customer-support chat history.
- Push notification (APNs / FCM) device tokens.
- Any identity-verification similarity score and subscription entitlement records held on your account.
Timing and exceptions
We delete your account data within 30 days of a verified request. A limited set of records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, purchase/transaction records held by Apple or Google for subscriptions. We never sell your data.
