Do I pay per alert?
No — only per monitor per month. Alerts on email, Telegram, LINE, web push and in-app are unlimited. SMS bills per message at the provider rate.
Can I try it before paying?
Sign up is free. Adding your first monitor triggers a checkout for the per-monitor fee; you can cancel any time.
What about quiet hours?
Set a time window on /profile — phone-buzzing channels stay silent inside it, but email + in-app still record the alert so you see it when you wake up.
Can I snooze a monitor during maintenance?
Yes — 1h / 4h / 24h / 1 week. State keeps being recorded; only notifications are suppressed. Click Wake to lift it early.
How fast do alerts arrive?
Sub-second on Telegram + LINE + real-time bell. SMS within 5–10 seconds. The prober runs every minute; per-monitor interval gates how often each is actually probed.
Where is data stored?
On our own infrastructure in Thailand. No third-party SaaS holds your monitor data.
